name is Orion McCabe. My friends call me Ryan, Rogue, Rhino,
Orion, Caber, Piper, Madpiper, McCabe and Mr. McCabe. These
are the names I answer to. I would like to thank you for visiting
my website, I am very happy to have it up and running and I
am happy to share my life and career with you. I started performing
at a young age and here I am still at it. I am a painter, an
actor, a musician, a bagpiper, a singer, a dancer, a performer
and a writer. I have made myself a career in all of these fields
and it is all lumped into the word: artist. What I do, I do
well and you can rest assure, that you will get something wonderful
if you hire me for an event. |

| When
it comes to bagpiping, I am your
man. I've studied in Ireland,
Scotland and South Africa and I compete in Grade 2. I play
anything from traditional Irish and Scottish music to Rock
and Roll and Mediterranean. If I don't know it I'll learn it.
I take care of business and I do it well. When it comes to
performing, I am your man. I have an extensive background in
music and theatre, film and television, commercials and industrials,
comedy, clowning and improv. I can break down characters and
make them my own. When it comes to art, I am your man. I have
sold over 60% of my work through galleries, on-line websites,
law firms, tech firms and yes, on the street. I get a lot of
commissioned work which is my favorite, because then I can
create something for you. |
Bottom
line, I love life and I love what I do. I have problems just
like everybody else. I have friends and I have enemies and
I have people who just don't care. I think this is all fine,
because it balances out my ego and my energy. We live in
a vast horizon of souls forced to live among each other and
not everybody is going to get along. Oh well, that is life,
if I let all the crap in the world bother me, this web site
wouldn't exist and neither would I. So take comfort in the
life you have today, be strong and speak bold, because you
just never know what is going to happen, now do you.
